TODAY is RECYCLE WEDNESDAY! ♻️

The S.A.F.E. Club needs YOU to volunteer to recycle during FLEXBLOCK TODAY! Please sign in and pick up gloves in Mrs. Jones room C219 at the main campus, and Mrs. Kachlic's room 203 at the academy. This is a great way to earn service hours, please email Mrs. Kachlic (dkachlic@y115.org) for more details. Thanks for making a difference! Let's GO GREEN Foxes!!!

Attention Sophomores and Juniors: Would you like to learn more about your future career? Or are you not sure what you want to be when you grow up?  Apply for the 2024-2025 Field Experience program and learn more about a possible career path for you by interning with a local business.  Applications are due December 20th and can be found in either House. If you have questions about Field Experience email Mrs. Pottinger or ask your counselor.

Looking to get involved in a club? Come join student impact for their winter outreach December 18th during flex in the cafetorium!

Hello Crochet club members. We will be meeting for Crochet Club again on 12/18 in room D224 during flex. We will be doing a holiday crochet along and will be learning how to make mini wreath ornaments, snowflakes and holiday granny squares. Bring your hooks and any colors of yarn that you'd like to use. Some yarns and hooks will be provided but there are limited quantities. If you have any questions please reach out to Ms. LaBore or stop by room D224 during 1st access. Hope to see you there!

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: Want to give back this Holiday Season? Starting December 2nd, you can bring in any new toys for donation to families in need. All toys must be new, in their original packaging, and not in wrapping paper. You can drop off donations in room D113, the athletic lobby, or at the academy main office. Donations will be accepted through December 20th.

The YHS Musical is looking for a student director and student choreographer for our Spring Musical, Shrek! If you are interested, please scan the QR code on any audition flyer to join our Canvas course and follow the link to the application. Applications are due Friday, December 20th. Please email Mrs. Morton with any questions!

Attention Students: Yorkville's Foxes Brew Den is officially open for business!! Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Apple Cider, and Muffins will be sold in the athletic lobby during Flex Block. Drinks are $3.00, muffins are $2.00, and a drink and muffin combo is $4.00. Cash and Card are accepted.

Attention all students wanting to share some seasonal joy:

Please join the SAFE Club after school TODAY for our holiday card making activity!  All recycled supplies will be provided to create a wonderful and warm holiday greeting card for the elderly in our community.  Cards will be delivered to our local nursing homes next week in an effort to spread some holiday cheer!  This has become an annual tradition that you won't want to miss!  Please meet in room 203 at the Academy after school TODAY and bring a friend!  Email Mrs. Kachlic with any questions (dkachlic@y115.org)
